How do I open a FEECENT account?

Download the FEECENT app from Google Play or App Store, tap "Create Account", and follow the registration steps. You'll need a valid email address and phone number.

Is FEECENT safe?

Yes! We use bank-grade 256-bit encryption, biometric authentication, and real-time fraud monitoring to keep your money safe.

How long do transfers take?

Internal transfers are instant. External transfers to other banks take 1-5 minutes for same bank transfers and up to 30 minutes for interbank transfers.

How do I upgrade my account tier?

Go to Settings → Upgrade Account. For Tier 2, submit your ID (NIN/BVN). For Tier 3, submit proof of address after email verification.

Can I use FEECENT on multiple devices?

For security, your account can only be active on one device at a time. Logging into a new device will automatically log you out of the previous one.
