Go to Settings → Upgrade Account. For Tier 2, submit your ID (NIN/BVN). For Tier 3, submit proof of address after email verification.
Use the "Forgot Passcode" option on the login screen. You'll need to verify your identity with an OTP sent to your email.
For security, your account can only be active on one device at a time. Logging into a new device will automatically log you out of the previous one.
